Due to the needs of the company's development, our company's name "Zhaoqing jinsanjiang silicon materials Co., Ltd." has been changed and registered as "jinsanjiang (Zhaoqing) silicon materials Co., Ltd." from December 19, 2019. The relevant renaming matters are as follows:

1. The original name of "Zhaoqing jinsanjiang silicon materials Co., Ltd." will continue to be operated by jinsanjiang (Zhaoqing) silicon materials Co., Ltd. all creditor's rights and debts of the original name company shall be inherited by jinsanjiang (Zhaoqing) silicon materials Co., Ltd., and the contracts and orders signed by the original name company shall remain valid.

2. The company's bank account has been changed, and the new account has been officially opened. To ensure the security of funds, please confirm with relevant departments and personnel before remittance.

3. The company's tax invoice information has been updated on December 27, 2019. All suppliers are requested to invoice according to the updated tax invoice information.
